Digital readings (written reports, audio) are non-refundable once delivered. For live sessions, cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund. No-shows: no refund.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
