Arcana provides tarot card readings and spiritual guidance content for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. All readings are:

2. Purchases and Refund Policy

Digital goods are non-refundable. Because tarot readings are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

A verified technical failure prevented you from accessing your reading
You were charged but your reading was never delivered due to a system error

To request a refund under these conditions, contact support@arcana.com within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or distribute your reading results for commercial purposes
Use our service if you are under 18 years of age
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate use of our platform
Use our service in any way that violates applicable law

4. Intellectual Property

All tarot card imagery used on this site is based on the Rider-Waite Tarot deck (1910), which is in the public domain. Original written interpretations, design elements, and software are the intellectual property of Arcana and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.

Arcana is not responsible for any decisions you make based on a reading. You retain full responsibility for your choices and actions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcana's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
