Digital Goods Policy
All tarot readings sold through Oracle House are digital content delivered within 48 hours of purchase. Because the reading is personalized and delivered within 48 hours of purchase, all sales are final by default once the reading has been delivered.
Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- A verified technical failure prevented you from accessing your reading after payment
- You were charged but your reading was never delivered due to a system error on our end
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same reading
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@arcanavisions.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order reference number
- A description of the issue
- The email address used at checkout
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery to your card issuer. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are always happy to resolve issues promptly.
